LaDoyt "Rody" Rodeheaver - President/CEO
Rody has dedicated his life to ministry, serving in youth ministry, the local church, and now as President and CEO of I.N. Network USA. Under his leadership, the I.N. Network USA team works to provide resources for over 21 Front-line partners around the world.

Teri Van Hekken - Senior Vice President
Teri's primary role with I.N. Network USA involves raising awareness of our work across the United States. Her extensive background in marketing and ministry advancement makes Teri a valuable member of the I.N. Network USA team.

Harvey Stuart - Ministry Advancement Specialist
Harvey has been serving in missions since 1978, spending most of that time with I.N. Network USA since joining the team in 1992. As Ministry Advancement Specialist, Harvey works with churches across the country, with a focus on the North-West, helping them maximize their resources for spreading the gospel worldwide.

Terry Heyward - Regional Director
Terry uses her passion for telling others all that God is doing around the world by visiting churches across the United States with national Christians visiting the US. Under her guidance, churches are able to more effectively partner with I.N. Network USA to support Front-Line countries.

Sarah Lundberg - Marketing Director
Sarah puts her creative skills to use creating a variety of marketing materials for I.N. Network USA, including print materials, publications, and the website. She has been involved in many areas of the ministry since she joined the staff in 2005.

Mark Hoekman - Financial Coordinator
Mark came to I.N. Network USA after spending several years in Nigeria as a teacher and administrator. He oversees accounting and financial aspects of the ministry, closely monitoring project funds to ensure that the resources needed are available.

Lori Wenzel - Resource Development Manager
Lori brings over 20 years of training development experience to the I.N. Network USA team and holds a Master's degree in Business Education. She provides administrative support for the President/CEO and strengthens church partnerships through grant proposals, news updates, and reports.

Keely Lehr - Sponsorship Coordinator
Keely's commitment to children and her background in banking and administration make her a great fit to work with all aspects of sponsorship at I.N. Network USA.

Heather Little - Sponsorship Coordinator
Heather plays a critical role in our sponsorship program, using her past experience and passion for children to ensure this program meets the needs of children, students, and workers in our partner ministry countries.

Margit de Jong - Global Ministry Team Coordinator
Margit facilitates mission trips of all kinds between the vast range of I.N. Network countries. Her experience in the banking and ministry administration fields make her an invaluable member of our team.

Sally VanderVeen - Financial Data Entry Coordinator
Sally uses her expertise in the field of data management to oversee key areas of administration, including deposits, data entry, and receipting.
